The ACADEMION International Training Institute presented the (Thought CaptureOn Friday, corresponding to the 18th of Ramadan in the year 1442 AH, at exactly ten o'clock in the evening, the guest of the program was Mr. Suliman Al-Suhail, via live broadcast on Zoom (ZOOMand on YouTube with the ACADEMION International Training Institute.
The thought is directed to young men and women who are about to enter the workforce or those who are in various jobs, and it is named (A - A - T), which stands for three words: Commit, Master, Learn, and it serves as the three recommendations for both genders in their professional journey.
Mr. Al-Suhail pointed out in the thought that the meaning of (Commit) is that when any new employee from either gender joins any job, it is based on an agreement and a contract concluded between the employer and the job applicant, and the contract contains a set of clauses, information, laws, and regulations, and the employee must commit and adhere to those clauses, regulations, and laws agreed upon in that contract, such as commitment to time, attendance, working hours, and so on.
Mr. Al-Suhail also clarified the meaning of the word (Master) that a person should master every task they perform in their job with good quality and in a manner that aligns with what was agreed upon, as he said, peace be upon him: "Indeed, Allah loves when one of you does a work that he should perfect". Therefore, a person should strive to perform the work appropriately and in a way that benefits others, and for the employee to achieve psychological and job satisfaction, and contribute to gaining a good reputation at work.
Mr. Al-Suhail emphasized the meaning of the word (Learn) that the employee in any job should ensure that not a single day passes without learning something new, especially nowadays, as education has become accessible to everyone, easily and conveniently, and there are many diverse fields of education. One can learn from colleagues, learn from management, learn from reading and research, and the internet is filled with various educational platforms and diverse information that a person can learn whatever they want without difficulty or hardship. Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, may Allah have mercy on him, said: The inkpot to the graveindicating that learning does not stop regardless of a person's age. Learning does not cease at a certain age or stage; every day a person learns something different and new. Moreover, in our current time, the pace of change is very rapid, and information changes at an astonishing speed and renews, so one must be keen on continuous and rapid learning to keep up with that change.
