Weekly Meeting of the ACADEMION Cultural Platform titled (Training... Secrets and Mysteries)
The ACADEMION Cultural Platform resumes The non-profit platform that focuses on spreading knowledge and sciences through the ambassadors and advisors of the institute, and through a variety of reading, audio, and visual materials Its journey begins with the new Gregorian year in its weekly meeting every Tuesday with a distinguished group of intellectuals and pioneers of science in various fields, and the evening of Tuesday 1443/6/1 AH corresponding to 2022/1/4 AD was titled "Training.. Secrets and Mysteries" presented by Mr. Khalid Thabit Al-Arabi Al-Harithi, Supervisor of Training and Scholarship at the Ministry of Education in Jeddah and an internationally certified health coach, and the evening started at 9 PM Madinah time, via the Zoom visual program, and the meeting was managed by Dr. Sonia Ahmed Malaki.
The meeting included several axes starting with general and specialized training where Mr. Al-Harithi clarified that general training is concerned with human development, and specialized training is scientific and technical, then he touched on one of the most important secrets of training which is "Creating the Aura" for those who do not have experience and knowledge and scientific depth, but they entered the field of training for profit and thus created for themselves in different ways an aura to compete with those who are successful and distinguished, then he talked about "Immersion and Amazement" which aims to impress the trainee with very recent, accurate, and stunning information, but the goal is not only to benefit the trainees but sometimes the goal is to amaze the trainee so that they believe that this trainer is an expert, and often that information is close to the trainees' specialization, and thus the amazement creates around the trainer a field so that others do not approach him to know him closely or in detail and discover his shortcomings.
Then Al-Harithi pointed to the essence of "Mass Training" which is a phenomenon through which training is offered for free then it is in large numbers, in luxurious halls and the program is announced as free but in reality, it is not, as "when something is offered for free, know that you are often the price" so if the trainee is invited to free training, the memo and certificate come with a certain financial amount.
Al-Harithi also clarified the secrets of a trainer's success which lies in: communication and understanding relationships, intuition and presence, and in building and directing questions, and he explained a strategy of questioning that stimulates thinking which is "Random Stimulation" which is one of the mechanisms for producing new creative ideas, and it is based on the idea of the necessity of stimulating the brain to break out of previous molds by finding new relationships between things that do not originally have relationships.
And Al-Harithi touched on the goals of training, and he indicated the ultimate goal of training which is to elevate the trainees to a higher awareness and understanding of themselves and their abilities, to rid themselves of negative beliefs, to achieve their noble goals in life, for which we were created, including achieving succession on earth, then attaining God's pleasure and then entering Paradise.
